Erica and I met Emma and Simon a few months ago, first meeting Emma in a comfortable outdoor cafe where she asked us many thoughtful questions about our life, our past homes, and our desires for a future home. She showed so much interest and care in understanding what we've experienced and where we want to be. Once we started touring homes, Emma drove us around and was good natured, open minded, and asked thoughtful questions to better understand us. She didn't say what we need or what we should do, and she encouraged us to take our time. She explained how the buying process can take months and more, to be patient, and all along she was there with us, answering our endless questions on weekday nights and weekends. When it was needed to include her colleague Simon, he was the same, open, available, and interested in helping with kindness and interest in what we wanted. It did not feel like any other major life purchase as there was no pressure to buy, just encouraging us to be open to the process of seeing homes and explaining to them what we may want.
Erica and I are so grateful to Emma and Simon. At every meeting, every house opening, every document signing, every house inspection, every meeting with family at the house we ultimately bought, Emma was there and kind and interested in everyone involved. She was patient to answer all the questions. She was excited for the process of buying a home. It seems more than a job, and as if she cares about the people she represents. As Simon supported Emma, he answered endless email questions with thoughtful answers. Emma and Simon have given not only the focus needed to buy a home, but also the understanding of what upgrades may be needed, who we may want to work with, and have provided so many great referrals for the upgrades we want after moving in. They are trusted and the people we've paid to do work on our new home have all spoken of Emma and Simon with fond regards. It is so reassuring.
If anyone were to ever ask us, Erica and I would put 100% faith in Emma and Simon to help them in their process finding their new home. Erica and I trust and value their opinions and perspective, and they have years of experience in a challenging field and are excellent at what they do. There is nothing we would recommend they do differently, and they are really great at what they do. Prior to meeting them it felt so uncertain, wondering if we can trust anyone with such a huge decision and so much money, and now, we trust them entirely and will work with them again if ever we go through this process again.
