We started looking to buy a home in Lafayette over four years ago. We worked with several agents. After touring a house that Emma was showing, Peter decided that he and Kris should work with her. Emma took it upon herself to find us a house. She went door to door asking if anyone was interested in selling their house to us. Emma found someone who was interested in selling to us “off market” because they did not have the time or capital to go on MLS. Emma negotiated our sale. Emma is extremely knowledgeable about the process, the disclosures, and the regulations for selling/buying property.

After we moved in, Emma was extremely helpful in finding capable tradesmen to help us upgrade our house before we moved in: carpet pro, floor refinisher, handyman, tree expert, and pool maintenance servicemen. Erica and I met Emma and Simon a few months ago, first meeting Emma in a comfortable outdoor cafe where she asked us many thoughtful questions about our life, our past homes, and our desires for a future home.
